Fumble after Interception, refs get the downs wrong

Summarize your bug 3rd Down, I am playing defense, the opposing quarterback throws a pick to my strong safety. The safety picks off the ball and goes on a return, after about 20 yards runback he gets tackled and fumbles the ball, the ball fumbles out of bounds though so possession should remain with me, 1st down for my offense at the spot where the ball went out of bounds. However at this point the play goes under booth review, after the review the refs overturn the ruling on the field and suddenly I am on offense in a 4th down situation, and have to punt the ball. Now, the pick was 100% good, so a review shouldn't have overturned it, the fumble could have been overturned (I didn't watch it in review) but still if the fumble would have been overturned it would have been my ball, and a first down, however it went straight to fourth down. Also when checking in the stats, the Strong Safety who made the interception was no longer creditted with the interception.
