Game Changer Packs

I bought a Game Changer pack, highest card was an 83, raised my team's overall score by 4 points, not bad. I buy another Game Changer pack, same thing, highest is 83, raises my team one single point. I understand that I wasn't going to receive 4 or 5 elite cards, but none? Zero? When I spent an additional $20 on an already $60 game, I definitely expected to get higher cards than 83's. I also understand that it's random what you get, but this is a complete and total ripoff. "Game Changer", yeah right...
