Game crashes when playing Solo Challenges & Exhibition Games

We already sent this up to the team earlier in the week for review and it's being investigated. Our Live-Support teams do not try to deflect the console as the cause of the error, unless Sony and Microsoft have confirmed something from their end that we'll let customers know they are aware of it. It's important to troubleshoot through various procedures like reinstalling (remove corrupted files), power cycle consoles, and other steps to rule out those factors because it's not always an issue that could be affecting every player.

Our goal is to make sure the team is aware of it and try to find you a workaround fix in the meantime while it's being investigated, so you can immediately jump into the game you purchased at launch. I know experiences like this are not expected and can be frustrating to deal with, so we do apologize in advance for being impacted. 

We'll want to gather some information for the Madden team. Can you all reply back with the following info in this format:

• Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID (PC players)
• Location/Region in the world
• Digital of physical copy
• Does this happen on a second Gamertag (if you have that option available)
• Have you tried reinstalling the game
• Where does it exactly crash on you in game and what were you doing? Starting a new challenge or replaying? Exact Solo Challenge name.

Ive reinstalled the game a few times, including on my internal storage.

It crashes on the loading screen after selecting the challenge/difficulty and hitting play. It attempts to load the challenge then crashes, booting me to the home screen. This happens on literally every challenge I try to play myself. (I can play challenges in COOP mode oddly enough)

The biggest issue I have (and I think I speak for most of the people that have commented here) isn't that the game isn't working correctly. That is annoying but we get it. We are upset because we paid more money than normal to build up our MUT teams and have literally nothing to show for it. By the time this error is corrected, the game will be out and a large reason we all got the better editions will be made irrelevant. 

Unfortunately I have exactly the same issue. In MUT20 when starting a Solo Challenge the game crashes on the loading screen after selecting the challenge/difficulty and hitting play. It attempts to load the challenge, music stops then crashes and brings me back to the home screen of the xbox itself. This happens on every challenge I try to play myself.

Same probleme I have in MUT for Solo battles, loading and crashes. Also not working is H2H -> this time it doesnt crashs, but it loads forever with no ending, so its a freeze.

Other things like build a set or buy/trade players in Auction House are working fine.

Other Modus outside of MUT are also working fine, so I can make a normal Exhibiton game online.

Everything worked fine until monday evening when I used the trial option and then since tuesday with pre-order option the problem started. It is absoluty frustrating that we pay extra to play earlier and it doesnt work...

Yup exactly whole reason to get the game early to try to keep up with the people who will spend tons of money just getting a God squad and we cant even grind for it. How ridiculous is that. But they truly dont care because they dont make money of solo challenges. Wont be fixed till the first patch which isnt for another month they dont do hot fixes. So we are screwed till then

• I have 2 diffrent consoles and it does it on both 
• I've reinstalled and done the trouble shootins step with both ea and psn support multiple times 
• Crashes in MUT during the loading screen to start a challange or go to next challange/ also if I do load in without crashing I have the pro bowl team instead of my actual MUT team and it wont let me complete the challange or earn xp if that happens then game usually crashes if I try to quit out of the challange 

Also as a side note I cant start the challanges but if I have a friend invite me to play I can play without crashing and still earn the stars cp and rewards but if i try to do it as the host it crashes for all member in that MUT squad. So if yall wanna play while they try to fix this BS grab a friend and run through the challanges as a duo 

It’s crashing for me in MUT anytime I try to play any game mode.  “Ea servers cannot process your request...” 

ive lost 30k coins on mut draft due to this already.  Have not been able to play a game in mut or a challenge in several days.   Kinda just want my money back at this point.

Adjust line up > team visuals > x for Xbox square for PS4 to remove each item 

so theres no poin on unistalling and reinstalling then?
