Game doesnt load at all

I tried from the origins app and the shortcut itself, a window pops up for a split second and then closes and the origins app window opens back up, I tried most the tips for other problems to see if ...

    We're aware of reports of performance issues such as in this thread but we're not witnessing any known issues around crashes for the game that's outside of the ordinary. 

    Have you tried reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files for your PC?

    I know going through all of this has been consuming and I really appreciate you baring with me on this.

Can you try uninstalling your Razer software, I see a GameManager.exe error in there. We are seeing it conflict with some others games. I know it's not ideal to play without it, but if we can verify that's causing it for you it can help our teams identify what needs to be looked into for future updates.

It also looks like you can update your Windows 10 build. Search "Windows Updates" in the taskbar search bar so you can get the latest version. If there are pending updates waiting to be installed, that can cause crashes.

How many Origin friends do you have on your friends list? Would you be able to send an Origin Error Report (Go to Help in your Origin client>Origin Error Reporter) and then try removing friends before launching? We've seen an issue where an X amount of friends can cause games to crash while loading. It's important we get the Origin Error Reporter to locate information on the back-end. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

I tried everything...

- I repaired Madden via Origin.

- I uninstalled/reinstalled both Madden and Origin.

- There was a Nvidia driver update and i made sure to uninstall the old driver instead of just adding the update on top.

- I updated to the latest Windows 10 build.

- I uninstalled my Razer software.

- I sent that Origin error report and removed my one and only friend.

Result: finished a couple games but... crashed during cauldron challenge, solo battle and head-to-head game.

So essentially: no progress.

Is there no way to get an actual Madden crash report/log? There is a folder for it in My Documents, just nothing in it. Can you activate these somehow?

Also, do you at this point have any idea what in the latest game update could causing these? It's dozens of people on this forum and on Reddit too. This can't be impossible to figure out.

      @EA_Blueberry My favorite part of your customer support is when you spend the majority of your time trying to convince a bunch of users their pcs all decided to have the same problem for no reason. Lmfao.

        Just wanna let you know, newest development is that the game FREEZES instead of CTD, so i assume something has changed? This just happened three times in a row while i try to finish the last MUT10 challenge- unsuccessfully.

        I can choose to close the game through task manager or wait eternally staring at a frozen screen.

        I have to say my patience is running thin at this point...

      That did not help either. The game just keeps on crashing.

      I mean, i get it, you are trying to get as much information as possible to help isolate the problem, at least that's what i am hoping. But at this point it's clear that we are not getting anywhere.

      Now that we tried every single possible trick in the book and then some, what is EA going to do about it? Is there any kind of official statement like "we are aware of this issue and actively investigating to fix it", and then ideally any kind of hint as to where we're at and when to expect a fix?

      I want to make it clear once more that this is not just happening to me, it is a whole lot of PC players unable to play the game for a full two weeks now, frustrating themselves over it and missing out on all kinds of rewards and progress. They have every right to be upset at this point and the fact that there is not a word about it from official side is unacceptable in my opinion.
