Game Face for Madden 16 Xbox 360

I have recently purchased Madden 16 for Xbox 360. I see there is an icon in the upper right corner of the screen on CFM. Game Face was one of my favorite features in Madden 25 and I have updated my EA Account and Game Face profile. My problem is that I cannot get my Game Face profile to sync up with the game.
