Game Face Unity plugin won't install

Community ManagerI did, indeed. Several times. Uninstalled it, uninstalled Firefox, reinstalled Firefox. Tried Firefox in safe mode to install the plugin.... nothing works.

It is very rare that a player has this much of an issue to download and install that plugin.
Just so we are on the same page here:
You download the plugin and run the installation that appears to complete.
Your accounts are linked as per the troubleshooting article I posted earlier.
Using Firefox, you log in at https://www.easports.com/ then click services, Game face.
Help me understand at what part of the process you are having an issue with.
I'm not sure how else to say it other than how I've already said it.
The plugin will not install. I run the installation, it says what the image below shows. But Firefox doesn't acknowledge it being installed. There's no other way to say it. Are you sure this plugin is compatible with Firefox 64-bit?
