    Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

Hey everyone,

Can you provide the following info so we can forward it to the team?

  • Is the game fully installed when you get this error and do you have open space on your hard drive?
  • Do you get this after a power cycle with the console?
  • Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? If yes, does reinstalling on the internal drive fix it?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the EA Access app?
  • Have you tried restoring the license for the game?
  • Do you have anything plugged into the USB slots aside from a controller wire? Does removing the devices fix it?
  • If possible, can you load up on a different PSN ID?
  • Please provide your PSN ID here

Power Cycle

  1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
  2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Spent an hour with support who gave me all kinds of excuses. Then finally told me it was a sony issue even after i showed them this thread. UNREAL Customer service. Doubt this gets fixed. wasted 5 dollars
