Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

Disable Gameplay Recording Paused Notification on PS4. ... From the home screen of PS4, open Settings. In Settings, navigate to Notifications > Pop-Up Notifications. Uncheck “Blocked Scenes for Video Recording”
I'm having the same problem and tried turning off the blocked scenes notifications and it still isn't working.
Community AdminAre you using a third party recording device like Elgato?
If you're getting that error when launching the game we recommend reaching out to PlayStation Support to help get rid of that error message if disabling it under your options is not working.

I have tried everything suggested so far and talked to somebody from Sony to fix this and nothing is working I am getting very upset. I spent $85 on this game and I can’t even play it
This is * * fix your * game I still can’t play
I tried buying the disk version because the EA people told me it was only a digital download problem but the disk is having the same issue

@EA_Blueberry That didn’t work for me either. The only way I can load up the game is if I turn off my internet on my PlayStation and get into the game but then I can’t play anything online and when I turn the internet back on I go back to the game and press R2 to try and sign into EA and that just makes my screen go dark yet again on the main menu.

i got it to work, i deleted the game, re installed it, turned off internet, cancelled and deleted the game update. now it works. * way to have to play but it works
How do you delete the game update?
off the top of my head i dont remember, gotta do it before it installs
