Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

Summarize your bug There isn't an option for this but the crash happens every time when loading Madden 20. After pressing any button during the opening cinematic, the blocked recording notification pops up and greys out the screen. When this happens the game bar loads half way then freezes. The screen stops showing the cinematic but you can hear it. Normally there is an EA terms and condition that pops up that I have to accept or decline. I was able to press x in time to accept it but then the freeze happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its when first opening Madden 20.
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading bar will not continue, the screen is greyed out, the cinematic freezes but the volume continues
What do you expect to see? What should happen is the game should load to the main menu so I can play whatever mode I select.

So I preordered the 80 dollar madden on ps4, which should allow me to play right now. I am unfortunately not able to load into the game at all. I have tried deleted Madden 20 and re downloading it but it did not work. Nothing is connected to the PS4 and there is no external harddrive.
Community AdminThanks for reaching out to us about this. I've seen some others report an issue with the PS4 recording feature. Have you tried disabling that through the PS4 settings to see if it helps get around the blocked recording message?

I've also disabled the notifications but the screen still greys out. I will also try a power cycle, but what if that doesn't work?

Have you been able to fix the problem yet? I feel like I’ve been trying everything to get it to work but nothing has worked. This is extremely frustrating.
I am having the same issue on my Xbox One X. I also purchased the Ultimate Superstar Edition and I have been having this issue since launch. It sucks to watch all of your friends on your friends list play the game. My game continues to reset back to the dashboard/home screen after reaching the Madden 20 Pat Mahomes loading screen. I've tried everything except for deleting my saved data permanently. I do not want to lose all of my stuff that I earned during my ten-hour trial period.
Please do not edit my posts EA_Help! Still experiencing the same issues with no solution given! Same troubleshooting steps and my money has already been taken for my ultimate edition of Madden 20 digital copy on Xbox One X.
