Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

Summarize your bug Everytime I go to start up the game I get to buckling chinstrap and the screen dims down and it is just stuck. This same type of issue happened for me in Madden 19. I have not been able to play a single game of either Madden
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See if there is a bug within the start up for new Madden users. I’ve played all previous maddens on Xbox and had no issues. Madden 19 worked on there
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Stuck losing cycling through start menu animations
What do you expect to see? Me able to actually make it to the main menu to pay the game
