Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
I’ve restored licenses and restarted my PS4 how you instructed , holding the button down for 7 seconds and then turning it on after 1 minute. Madden is still frozen. After the patch of 1.06 the video cinematic keeps playing but the screen is still greyed out and the bar is stuck at half full.
Are people still having this issue? I am and don't have a resolution yet. It's also on different threads.
Been trying a bunch of random stuff and was finally able to work around the issue following these steps:
1) Sign out of the PSN profile from the home screen
2) Launch Madden 20 and wait until it loads completely (should load as you’re not logging into servers)
3) Sign back into PSN profile from the home screen
4) Open Madden back up and press R2 to sign into EA servers
I might have just gotten lucky but worth a shot if you’re still having issues.
