    Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it

It appears a couple players here are able to get passed this by turning off the internet connection.

Can you all try rebooting your network by unplugging the power to the router/modem for about 5 minutes and then re-add your WiFi network to your PS4? If you have a wired connection, remove the wire and re-add it.

If any of the troubleshooting steps in this thread didn't work for you we'll want to gather some information for the Madden team.

Please reply back with the following in this format:

  • PSN ID/Gamertag/Origin ID (PC)
  • Region in the world
  • Where does it freeze up on you
  • Are you able to get passed this on a different PSN ID/Gamertag?
  • Have you tried reinstalling?
