Finally got help for me changing DNS to googles DNS fixed it
Anyone else having this issue? I have been experiencing this issue since 12 am launch on my xbox one X for my Ultimate Edition of Madden 20. The game will load to the loading screen, a black screen appears and then I am back at the home of my xbox. I have been speaking with representatives at EA Help by the name of Sandeep, Rabi, Rakesh and have been given the same troubleshooting tips over and over. Nothing has worked and I am disappointed to pay for a digital copy Ultimate Edition xbox one game that I have been unable to play so far. Once again I am waiting for a call from EA Help to troubleshoot this issue after work instead of enjoying the game that I purchased. Please provide me with a solution EA_Help!
