I have spent the last 8 hours searching - using every phrasing I could think up - for ways to stop my Load/Save screen from freezing my game in CFM. I have tried any and every restart/location change/time zone change I could come across with fingers crossed all the while. Nothing helps. The only thing I am more disgusted with than this game right now, is EA's complete and total lack of accessibility.
Contact with EA has been seemingly impossible. I finally found a way to report the issue, only to receive an e-mail telling me the matter is closed. So I have effectively thrown my request for help into a bottomless pit of indifference.
This issue is well over two months old in the community - judging by the dates of the help requests I found - and *STILL* not resolved. Is it too much to ask for a simple acknowledgement from EA?
Unlike most people, I didn't pay $60 dollars for this to happen to me. I paid ~$400. I play exactly ZERO games besides Madden, so it didn't just buy the game, I bought the XBox One as well. For this game. 
I'd like to believe I'm a reasonable person. But this foray into the hell that is EA customer support has nearly broken my spirit. Is it *SO HARD* to post a simple: "We are aware of the issue, and here are some step-by-step instructions to try in the interim"?
I would very much like EA to contact me and help me with an obviously broken, unplayable, untenable situation, or i would like them to send me a mailing address to which I can send my XBox One and Madden 17, so they can give me a damn refund!
