No matter what I do my game wont go into full screen on my primary monitor it only goes full screen on the second one which i use for streaming. I have contacted support and done everything they said clean boot deleting cache switching main monitors then switching it back literally everything I do i get the sane result.

and that is my second graphics i only have it in because i use it to connect my second monitor

@ztVoid Have you tried changing the resolution of your Main monitor to see if that helps?

@ztVoid This might not work, but no harm in giving it a try. Could you disconnect the cable for 2nd monitor, so that your PC only recognises 1 monitor (your main one). Try keeping the same resolution that you had on your 2nd monitor and check.

Additionally, you can also try:Open Nvidia Control Panel.Go to Display > Adjust desktop size and position.Locate the scaling option and set it to No scaling and click on Apply to save changesAlso, if by chance you have Team Viewer running, make sure you quit that application before trying to launch the game.

Hey @ztVoid.

If you open up your Display settings in Windows, which of your monitors is set to the primary display? When you click on one of them in the menu it should give you a check box down toward the bottom that says "make this my main display."

@EA_Kent yes the main monitor is 1080p but it doesnt work i have done literally everything

@EA_Kent 1080p 144 but the monitor its connecting to is the 1440p 60hz it also runs on my other graphics card which is only in my pc bc i need it for my second monitor

Hmm, gotcha.

Can you try something else for me to see if t helps? Open up the NVIDIA Control Panel on your PC, then click on Manage 3D Settings on the left side. Click the Program Settings tab and see if Madden 21 is listed in the drop down.

If so, click on it and see if you have the option below to set the graphics processor for the program to use. Select the GPU that your main display is connected to, and save your changes. See if that helps at all the next time you start up the game.
