game play stopped because you entered a blocked scene in Madden 19. Can't get into game. I have deleted and reinstalled twice.

I thought I should also let you know. I have never even got into the game. This error is happening when I try to click on the users agreement. I am not trying to record anything so I don't know why this is coming up before I even try to go into the game? Thank you
