Game stuck in never ending camera loop

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Date/time issue occurred 1/25/21
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug At halftime the game went to a camera view of the stadium that never stops. I can’t proceed with the game.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? At halftime the game goes to a camera view of the stadium and never goes back to the game.
What do you expect to see? The second half.

    Date/time issue occurred From first time I played this drill
    What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
    Which mode has this happened in? Skill Trainer
    Summarize your bug The Advanced Techniques User Coverage Drills can't continue after 7th attempt.Once 7th attempt finished(no matter success or fail),the camera keeps panning around the pratice stadium and never stop.Then I have to quit this drill therefore I can't earn the reward pack for MUT.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the User Coverage Drill under The Advanced Techniuqes of Skill trainer,make 7th attempt finished then this issue will appear.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The drill can't go on to next attempt and the camera pans around the stadium without stop.
    What do you expect to see? Finish this drill and earn the reward pack for MUT.

    I 've searched a topic regards this bug which posted at august last year.Why this issue haven't been fixed for so long?

    Date/time issue occurred 4/21/21 5:18pm CDT
    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
    Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
    Which part of the mode? Offline
    What is your Franchise League Name? UZITECH_7
    Summarize your bug Start weekly training for PA Power O Pass Concept. After second catch goes into a camera shot panning around the stadium for a minute. When the next play starts none of the players are visible on the screen and none of the buttons do anything accept pause to quit or restart. Smash Pass Concept won't even start the training it is just the camera panning around the stadium until you exit the game.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start weekly training for PA Power O Pass Concept or Smash Pass Concept in a Classic Franchise
    What happens when the bug occurs? Can only quit
    What do you expect to see? Play the training
