Game Tempo in Franchise Play Call Menu

The new play call menu in Franchise mode Next Gen for Xbox Series X/S is hard to see/read.  Not enough contrast.  Also, I can't tell how to change the game tempo to Chew Clock. The picture diagram in...

@Swearengen68 Double tap L. Doesn't work well though. Shocking.

Thank you. Looks like I won't be able to use that feature. I have Parkinsons and with the L stick I can't seem to double tap fast enough with trembling hands to make it work. Thank you for the info.
