gameface won't connect in madden 15

Hi ... my gameface (through EA) won't connect for madden 15 to upload a created player?!? keeps saying "An error has occurred while downloading the latest Game Face" and EA servers aren't allowing me to even access gameface via computer...anyone anyone buhler buhler? seriously this sucks

    I cant get gameface for an owner either. This is **bleep**.

    Game Face has been removed for the Xbox One edition, but as the options are still available in CFM and CAP, surely it's an issue with the servers. It'd be marketing suicide for EA to pull the plug on Game Face for 360/PS3 just because it isn't supported on NextGen. We already lost a ton of content this year in comparison to what NextGen received, surely they would allow us to keep this one feature as a token of their appreciation for paying the ridiculous price of $60 for a second rate game.

    Try once more. As of 10:36pm EST, I was able to access Game Face online AND download my Game Face to my profile in game.

    WHY WAS GAMEFACE REMOVED FOR MADDEN 15?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Thats **bleep**, it was on last years version, how they hell do remove it from this years version? will it be added back on as an update later?

    Wow.  I totally agree.  I kept hoping it was something that I was missing trying to get my GameFace for my Coach and Player. I've been impressed with the improvements on the XBox One version this year, but that's just astonishing that the "next gen" version doesn't have this popular and basic feature that still exists on the 360 version?!  If it doesn't show up in an update soon, that's going to be very disappointing
