[Gameplay] Game does not register inputs during halftime adjustments

@SD_crusade Next time just quit and move on, the result has already been decided on the server end.... some you'll win, some you'll lose. Neo's research was that performing celebrations made this freeze more likely.

@SD_crusade @DJ_Englishman I think this issue is a bit different than last year because the new feature of halftime adjustments have been added. Anyways, other players faced this (or at least very similar issues) too. I've therefore merged the thread with the other one.
