[Gameplay] Game does not register inputs during halftime adjustments

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:PlayStation 5

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode

Summarize your bug Through my 3 preseason games, at halftime the adjustment screen pops up to allow me to change the focus of the game plan but nothing works when trying to select or change. None of the buttons, sticks, or triggers did anything and my only option was to either hold x to skip or to let the timer run out.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get to halftime and try to change some of the game plan adjustments.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the x button works and that is only if you hold it to skip through.
What do you expect to see? Like everyone else, I want nothing more than the franchise bugs and freezes to get fixed so it's at least playable.

Please actually try to fix these franchise bugs! It's frustrating and the lack of concern from the devs is an extreme letdown.

    Summarize your bug I've had this happen a few times and it would work itself out. This time not so much. Half time adjustments just breaks and the game just sits there...
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play h2h on pc..
    What happens when the bug occurs? Halftime adjustment screen pops up and you can't do a thing but sit there.
    What do you expect to see? remove this from the as it's stupid.

    @SD_crusade @DJ_Englishman I think this issue is a bit different than last year because the new feature of halftime adjustments have been added. Anyways, other players faced this (or at least very similar issues) too. I've therefore merged the thread with the other one.

    I hope the dev team will be able to solve this issue soon. good luck!
