some more observations: when I try to throw a lead pass, it does not work at all. If I do it just because I want to throw the ball to the other side of my player opposite to where his DB is, not only does it not work, but the pass seems to be scripted to go in the exact opposite direction, right into the arms of his opponent. I so often see completely absurd INTs where exactly the opposite of what I actually press happens. It is so purely frustrating.
On the other hand, my opponent's QB can jump/dive through my hitsticking defender (which seems to be correctly timed given what I see on the screen) just hits through the QB.
Sacking a QB (the animation of my player already started) does not work when he is still able to throw the option almost 1 second after my defender has his hands on the QB....
the only good thing is, every 3rd/4th of such games ends in a crash so it doesn't matter anyways that everything goes wrong...
Playing H2H in Madden is the worst gaming experience I've ever had.
