Why are cornerbacks and safites leaving their assignments? People are running wide-open....EA needs to fix this

For those on PlayStation are you using any custom controller setups for your controller via the PlayStation settings? I found out through troubleshooting last Madden from a player on our EA forums that was the trigger for the defense to suddenly rush. It was apparently related to the controller mapping.
