This was happening last year too. I've added footage to my post when I reported this last year and it still hasn't been fixed. Hopefully it will get fixed for Madden 22.

  @Alphaten Definitely looks similar only with the ones I'm dealing with they don't even attempt to cover, soon as the ball is snapped one of them rush the qb no matter who or what zone they're supposed to cover. It's quite frustrating to say the least and seeing your post of something that looks almost the same even more so.
