[Gameplay] Mixed up Goal Line defense formation

similarly to what I've reported last year (mixed up Goalline Defense in Eagles & 46 Multiple D MUT playbook - Answer HQ), there are still situations where the goal line defense is mixed up (see screenshot). This happened in the MUT Solo Challenge "Anthony Munoz" from the promo "Bo Knows" against the Browns. Therefore I'd assume it must be the Browns playbook but it is not clear which play the defense used (as it was a 2PC). Anyways, the offense was lined up in I-Form Pro.
