Get rid of xp progression

The progression system in madden connected franchise has been horrible for years. It has made the franchise mode just a pain to play. Players do not develop like they should and it makes the game more arcade than simulation. It becomes a game of how much xp you can earn per play and picking which attributes you think you want to upgrade. That is not what simulation style football should be about. There is no point in letting players develop as backups because it is better to just start gaining the xp. It ruins the integrity of a franchise. Please go back to a standard profession system where players develop based on potential, injuries, etc each year like any other major sports game. There is a reason it is the standard. The xp system with points bouncing off players heads after each play just looks and feels ridiculous. It encourages poor play to boost players attributes and feels nothing like how players actually progress, such as putting in off-season work to develop their individual skills. We should not be able to chose those skills with a point system. Additionally it completely favors development of players on good teams. For instance a qb can easily get to 99 overall just because they have good receivers and lineman. That is not how it works. Those help them perform, but do not make him a better qb than tom Brady or other top tier qbs necessarily. Please make franchise mode playable and realistic again
