I’m on a wireless connection, been on the same wireless connection for years with the same ISP and have never had an issue with Madden until last month

So wired I seem to not get kicked, but the issue is running and Ethernet cord across the floor 15 ft isn’t ideal. I’d prefer wireless instead of having to have a cord out to play online, especially since wireless has never been an issue in the past.
Community ManagerWireless is the biggest reason for disconnects and lag. I stretch a wire across my living room because I can't stand to be disconnected from being on wireless. So, I get the frustration with needing a wire, but if you stick to wireless, you'll continue to disconnect. You could try changing the wireless channel you're on. That may help. Also, if you have other devices on your network that are streaming or using up a decent amount of bandwidth, that can contribute to getting disconnected.
