Getting kicked from online games with a good connection and an open NAT

For about a month or so I can't play more than 10 minutes of an online game. I've already made sure and it isn't my network or Xbox that's the issue. I've been told by an Xbox rep that it's an issue ...

From what I can see yes the firmware is updated. I’ve changed the wireless channel and I’m still having the same issue

I think you're best bet is going to be using a wire. It's also possible the increased traffic from everyone staying home is having an effect.
