Given credit for a Passing Touchdown but did not receive points

Summarize your bug: Playing in CFM as the Giants. I caught a pass short of the end zone and ran towards the left goalline pylon. I thought I crossed it (but it was very close) before being knocked out of bounds. The commentators said it was a touchdown and the Touchdown message on the Scoreboard popped up, but my score didn't increase. I was then asked to select a play for first and goal from inside the 1. I checked the stats, and my QB had 2 passing TD's despite me only having 7 points. The scoring summary showed that I had 13 points, but the scoreboard itself never changed from 7. For the rest of the game my QB and receiver had 1 more TD than the score showed.
How often does the bug occur?: Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: I haven't tried to re-pro this yet, but try to get tackled inside the 1 or go out of bounds just before the goal line. I doubt it makes a difference, but it was Giants vs. Redskins on Pro.
What happens when the bug occurs?: Not awarded the points for a touchdown that the game thinks happened.
What do you expect to see?: I expect either a touchdown to happen and to go for the PAT, or to not have a touchdown (and not be credited with a passing touchdown) and have first and goal at the 1.
