in goal line situations, flipping the play often results in one side being completely open and a run over the outside always works (since no defender is covering the side).

this bug happens when the offense lines up in SB Wing, I Form Pro, I Form Y Off, Strong Y Off, Weak Pro etc. and the defense uses a goal line defense. these offense formations have in common that WR1 and WR2 are placed close to the sideline and stay there when the play is flipped. furthermore, all other offense players are lined-up at TE, FB or HB positions (i.e. flipping the play does not result in long ways for them to be set again).

on the other hand, the DBs change positions. for instance, in the example (see screenshots, pic 1) shows the formations (here on offense I took SB Wing) before flipping the play), One of the CBs (who was covering the WR on the left hand side) comes close to the DL, one from the middle goes to the right WR, and the CB that was first on the right side changes to the far left. (see pic 2): the red arrows show the movement of the defensive backs, the blue circle shows the TEs who switched from right to left) .

while the offense is already set the CB who has to cross the whole field is still on his way (still behind the DL, see pic 3): the CB is still on his way (indicated by the red arrow) when the ball can be snapped; the blue circle shows the open space) and leaves one side completely open. the offense can snap the ball and easily beat the the goal line defense for an easy TD (see pic 4): the CB who was still in motion turns around where he is (thin red arrow) instead of covering the outside (thick red arrow) and is easily blocked by a OL (or in this case a TE)). the HB can easily run outside (thick blue arrow).

this bug does not occur in every goal line play. in some defensive plays the defense does not change its formation (i.e. DBs do not change their positions). I did not yet find out which plays are affected.

my screenshots are taken from the practice mode. I should have respotted the ball to show it in 'real' goal line situations.
