EA is an absolute Joke... I got banned for no reason, got an E-Mail 1 week after where it is written that "my ban was not justified" and I'm not banned anymore.... So I tried to log back in, but I'm still banned, got like 5 cases, but nobody could tell me why I'm banned or why I'm not unbanned. I will never ever buy an EA game again.
Community ManagerI'm not seeing any bans on your account currently. When you try to play, do you see a message saying you're banned or does it say something else?
YEA me too and I’m really tired of it they did it to me last year for absolutely no reason and then unbend me and all the sudden I finish a head to head game and band again for cheating? Cheating? Are you serious I have never ever cheated on any Madden game or any game for that matter I’ve never done any coin glitches nothing at all and not to mention I have spent so much money on MUT it’s ridiculous that they would even ban my Account it’s absurd I’m done spending my money with EA if they don’t fix this I’m never ever gonna buy anything that has to do with you because they are frauds and thief's And I’m tired of this it’s just out right not fair and disrespectful to the actual players who spend their hard earned money and I’ve never cheated a day in their life
This happened to me last night playing MUT champs. Banned for cheating on xbox (how would one even do that?) even though I don't cheat and in fact lose way more than I win in H2H (Hello EA, look at the W/L record if someone's cheating wouldn't you think they'd win more???). I don't even run meta plays or anything like 99% of players. Now I am in the situation as described where I am banned from a game I have spent a ton of time and money on, for just playing it. It's unbelievable.
I had Madden 24 on pre-order so I guess I will be cancelling that. Really great system of punishing your best customers here...
