First, I understand that is entirely frustrating experience because of how much time it takes to play those and rewards you could be missing out due to a DNF on the record. I wish there was a way I could remedy this by granting points or allowing you to replay the Solo Battle, but those options are not available through our Support tools. One concern about replaying the games where a connectivity issue occurs is that players could intentionally disconnect if they were losing so they can replay it. We've seen this happen to customers over time and relay this feedback up to the team, perhaps in the future there could be a way to replay games or continue where it left off.
I know this wasn't the most ideal answer and appreciate you coming here to let us know about what happened to you. We'll continue to push thoughts like this up to the team so they know what areas of the game can be disappointing experiences at times.
