Got Madden 18 preordered ultimate pack today - what date can I get my first set of 3 pro packs ?

im wondering the same thing! While the rest of the world plays without a problem Ea just ignores they ripped off a bunch of people due to this. Im getting really impatient! and even more angry the only way I can get some damn customer support is through a **bleep** chat window where the damn employee sucks t his/her job! I want to call them and the number I call doesnt alow me to get through tells me to use the chat thing! **bleep** That! How about HELP people that keep your billion dollar franchise the way it is!
