Gridiron Guardian Energy Cells

So I don’t know how to make a complaint so I guess I’m just going to put this here.. I bought the new pack for Gridiron Guardians (Gridiron Guardian Energy Pack) it cost me $20 (1,800 points) to get it. I pulled 4 energy cells in order to upgrade my Kyle Hamilton and then when I got done opening the pack my game crashed and I didn’t have my energy cells. So if EA could return my energy cells that would be great.
