I have (as many others) a problem with "Formation Substitutions" (Franchise Mode) and am curious if this will be fixed soon or at all.  The latest answer that I received from EA support was this, "No fix available."

Now, does that mean, at this time, never or that it will be worked on? 

So, is there an update coming that will fix this annoying glitch or not?  I don't think that is an unreasonable question nor do many others experiencing the same glitch that have spent $60-$100 for what now is a broken game.

        @jimmarshall If your post was removed you will receive a DM with a reason why. There are a lot of duplicate posts on the forums where we may merge threads together to create a bigger conversation on it.

      @EA_Blueberry Thanks for the answer and update. If you have an avenue of input to EA Support you might want to inform them that EA is working on it so that it can be shared with future customers that are experiencing the same thing. I think that many of us are frustrated with issues that may spring up, but the onus always seems to be on us to find the answer. Perhaps I am a dinosaur, but would it be unreasonable to put a list of present bugs in the hands of EA support people so that they at least present the appearance that the right hand knows what the left hand is doing? Case in point, when I contacted Support a few days ago they were not even aware that such a problem existed and at that time several posts on this problem had already been submitted.

        @Oceola27 Do you follow MaddenNFLDirect on Twitter? I strongly recommend checking their Twitter for updates and tune in Mon-Fri at 10:30AM ET to our Twitch channel for community updates from the Madden Community Manager.

        If you have your EA account linked up to your Twitch account you get a free Good Morning Madden pack. One of my buddies got an 80 OVR item from it, so if you tune in for segment for around 15-45 minutes (time ranges) you'll get a free pack out of it. They do giveaways too where the highest OVR items in the game will be given away. Totally worth the chance of scoring one of those and finding out updates on the game.

    Thanks EA, but the game should have come this way.  The Formation Sub problem is fixed and kicking is not a nightmare anymore (other than my poor timing!).
