@Oceola27 Do you follow MaddenNFLDirect on Twitter? I strongly recommend checking their Twitter for updates and tune in Mon-Fri at 10:30AM ET to our Twitch channel for community updates from the Madden Community Manager.

If you have your EA account linked up to your Twitch account you get a free Good Morning Madden pack. One of my buddies got an 80 OVR item from it, so if you tune in for segment for around 15-45 minutes (time ranges) you'll get a free pack out of it. They do giveaways too where the highest OVR items in the game will be given away. Totally worth the chance of scoring one of those and finding out updates on the game.

@EA_Blueberry Thanks, I appreciate your time in making those suggestions, but shouldn't you or I expect direct responses from EA on concrete issues like this? I have to tell you that I am disappointed in EA. A friend who is having the same problem sent me an article from "Polygon" that has this headline, 'Madden 21 to get fixes in Franchise mode - in November.' How is it that Polygon knows that and we do not? Why should we have to get that answer from a 3rd party source?
