I still received a DNF yesterday, prior to closing the last thread. I play on PC. This would be the 7th DNF issue in the last 3 months. I don't compete for the top 100 and play All-Pro skill. I average +/- 16,000 points per match. A DNF drops me from All Star to Pro; difference of 10,000 coin, midzone pack, and 10 s3 trophies.
Community ManagerThe fix for Solo Battles above is not related to DNFs, but the inability to play the 13th game. DNFs are caused by a break in connection. If this is the 7th one in 3 months, you're nearly getting one every week so I'd like to get this fixed for you.
I need you to send me a UO Trace either here (BLOCK OUT THE FIRST 2 IP ADDRESSES FOR PRIVACY) or via a direct message so we can see how your connection is reaching our servers. It's going to show us packet loss, ping variance, and average ping time too. It's possible your connection is being interrupted somewhere when it's bouncing off a server site, so it could be completely out of your control despite having a great connection.

@EA_BlueberrySo this week, DNF first set of team. That DNF already put me into All-Pro. Regardless; still grind the rest of the weekly schedule.
Here's a new one; I wasn't able to play game 13; after game 12 the weekly review was already in progress.
'I guess I will run your 'tracer' later. If it mattered; I racked up 50 house rules W this week w/o a single drop or disconnect issue.
This happened to me on PS5 the last two weeks. Unable to play game 13. Is there a fix going out for this on next gen?
It could have happened to me last week as well, although I just noticed it this week. If I'm looking like top 100 could happen, I keep playing through 13 games. If it doesn't, like many people I just stop at 250k. This is on PS4. It appears the update helped some people and hurt some people.
