I have tried a few times now to make a custom playbook, but every time I try to use one of them in any mode, none of my shotgun plays appear. In fact, the formation itself does not appear. I've tried many different things to fix this, including using different base playbooks and different play call types. So far nothing has worked. Any solutions?

If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed?: What is your gamertag/PSN ID?: BlakmagicDate/time issue occurred: 9/2 and 9/3 because I thought it was something I did wrong so I erased the first one and did another and the same results occurred 9/2/16 was in the daytime and 9/3/16 was at night Did this issue happen in Connected Franchise Mode?: NoCan't attach any screenshots because I'm at work presently, but when I go to custom playbook a to edit etc. the plays and audibles are there, but once I choose the playbook in practice or play now there are no shotgun formations to choose.

We need a solution to this problem OR at least an explanation, whats the explanation "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" ?

Game has been out for a while !

I filed a 'Bug Report" and the only answer I get is "You already filed a Technical issue" !

Whats the solution ?

Here is what I suggest, is there anyone out there who has the 'Snugs" formation ? Can you upload your offensive playbook and let us know what the name is just so we can download it and see if it shows ?

I am missing plays from my Gun Spread formation. I can live with some of them missing, but the Deep Attack play is one of my favorites and it's missing. Has anyone found a solution to this issue yet? I am on Xbox One.

Are we EA's QA? THIS IS INSANE! So this is an old problem, should have been resolved by now. Madden 19 still broken!
