H2H Input Delay

Summarize your bug I get constant ridiculous input delay and lag while in game selecting plays and pre-snap. The play selection menus are extremely slow, and constantly don't accept my input (for instance, to select a play marked by "square," I might have to mash the square button 4-5 times, or to go up or down i have to mash different directions on the D-pad). Some times, the select play menu simply wont accept my input, and is frozen until i burn a time out on resetting these menus. Similar problems happen pre-snap, where it will take multiple button presses to bring up the change formations options, and mutiple button presses to select and confirm changes to my alignment. The input delay is also in switching between players, making it nearly impossible to choose my intended player. I've checked mutliple times that my NAT type is set to type 2, my console is connect by ethernet cable to my modem, i've power cycled the console and modem.

    We should try running through some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with the input delay you've been seeing. 

    First I'd recommend going through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps. If it keeps happening after that try out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how it goes when you have the chance.
