I have Contacted customer support On multiple occasions and used multiple chats, used the following suggests by the emails but the continuous efforts have not been followed by a Resolution. And I was informed to contact this way so the community manager can see please help. Not only to mention games where the opponents lag out and it marks it a lose for me
Im having the same issue and its super annoying. I was ranked in the 500's yesterday and then logged on today and my rank is gone.
I’m having the exact same issue. During the trial it was updating my record and rank. Then when the game came out it doesn’t keep my record or stats. I’m lIke 80 games in and it still says 0-0 and shows the number one players name on the h2h hub page. When I click on compare stats it shows me my ranking points and my record but nothing else, no rank there either. It’s frustrating because there’s people I know who have a worse record who are ranked pretty high but I have no rank. Really frustrating, especially seeing that I get the game every year and play mostly head to head. I contacted EA several times and each time they just pointed me towards some tips like restarting the Xbox or the router or port forwarding. None of that helped. There has to be a reason why some of us can’t get a rank and some do.. Why is it so difficult for EA to figure It out?
