Hacked and my players are missing

So my account was hacked and I lost all of my good cards. I had 96 Ghost master Deion sanders, 90 lasean McCoy 92 Mel Blount 90 Levy and others. And now they are ALL gone!!! I need money spent to get those cards back or packs with those players or better or something because this feels like *. I have already put in 3 claims. I was 90 overall and now I'm 86. Somebody needs to do something!
