Has the Madden 20 Companion App been discontinued?

I've been using M20 Companion App since I bought the program back in 2019. A couple of weeks ago it listed the rosters and stats of my franchise just fine. Now all it does is give me a status error 418 and says that my internet connection is unstable. If that were the case, I wouldn't be able to type this post since I'm using the same connection to do it. Has this server been turned off by EA and thus I'm no longer able to use this app?  Please let me know since I'm now in my 7th season of my online franchise and still need to print out the roster and stats on a weekly basis.

    I found the issue. Really silly as far as I'm concerned. Can't believe I missed it.   About a week ago, I replaced the Mobo in my desktop. When I was trying to connect the URL had changed ever so slightly. The power shell was listening for the companion app to send from one IP address and the companion app was looking for a slightly different IP address to send the information to. They weren't synced and once I changed the URL that the companion app in my phone was looking for, walla, it sent the information. I don't know if changing out the Mobo had anything to do with it but that is the only thing that I can determine happened on my end. 

    Crisis averted and All Is Well!!!

    @simeurocat The Companion app shifted to Madden NFL 21. When the new title is released, the app shifts to the latest version.

    I was assured that if you don't update the Madden 20 Companion App on your phone, it will not update to Madden 21. If you update to the current version, you can't go back. That has been the case for the last year.   I haven't updated that application and it has been working fine for the last year. I only started having a connection issue yesterday when I tried to use it again to download the rosters and stats for my franchise. What has changed in the last couple of day?  Nothing on my end and just wondering if M20 Companion servers are shut down, because they've been working fine.
