Haven't Received My Madden Points

Question

I just spent 50 bucks on points about 10 minutes ago.

After I selected my billing info on my xbox one, it gave me an error msg and when i clicked ok, I didn't have the points.

I turned off my xbox one and got back on, i took the disc out and put it back in many times, and I just left MUT and came back in many times and nothing is working...

All I have to say is I BETTER get my points before the all pro packs are gone! Please help!

That's how I feel too man because it took my money but I didn't get any points either and it's giving me that purchase transaction number so i don't know what to do
