Let's see what we can do to fix this for you, sorry to hear it's constantly freezing.
Questions:
1. Do you have anything plugged into the console's USB slots?
2. Have you tried re-installing the game yet? (If you use an external drive, please try uninstalling all files from both internal and external drives before installing to internal with external detached. Make sure all updates are designated to the same drive from your Xbox settings)
3. Does your console feel hot when it happens? Do it have proper space for ventilation?
4. Have you power cycled the console lately?
Yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've reset my console to factory settings. I've reset and saved games and apps, and I've also power cycled. We play FIFA 21, Rocket League, MGS, and other game works just fine. But for some reason Madden freezes every time I play it at some point during the game.

@bigran512 Thanks for getting back. Do you use an external hard drive?- 5 years ago
I do have a Seagate 2TB external game drive connected to my Xbox Series X. Is that the problem?

@bigran512 Most likely.
This is what I recommend doing:
1. Check the external drive for any Madden NFL files and delete them.
2. Detach the drive and then check your internal drive to see if there are any Madden files. Delete all of them.
3. Power cycle the console.
4. Re-install Madden NFL 21 to the internal without the external attached.
5. Once installed, check your Xbox/Game settings to verify all post-game updates will be installed to the internal drive.
This is one issue I see with external drives. Some drives might not be fully compatible or what happens is that files will be located on both external and internal, causing performance issues.
I've seen some games simply not work the way they should on an external drive or with one attached.
