Community Manager@bigran512 I'd hate to see you do that just for Madden NFL 21, but if you don't mind that can help us determine if that is a potential workaround fix for others. Sorry to hear the steps above didn't fix it. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to factory reset your console when performance issues are being experienced though. I had to do it to my console a couple times over the course of 5 years.
@EA_Blueberry Could you think of any other issue it could possibly be? Why is Madden the only game that causes this?

When I asked about the external hard drive, did you also delete all the Madden files for previous gen and next gen on both the internal and external? - EA_Blueberry

- @EA_Blueberry I only had the Madden X/S version installed. I installed the other version this morning just guessing MAYBE both were needed. I don't have any other Madden files installed on internal or external drives, only Madden 21.

Thanks. Only one game is needed unless you want to play the previous version with friends that haven't moved to next-gen yet (or just prefer that version).
Do you have an option of enabling game sharing through Xbox console by setting it as the home console and then play on a different Gamertag to see if it's account/Gamertag related? - @EA_Blueberry I uninstalled the other version since only one was needed. I tried that before doing a complete factory reset. This morning while TRYING to play Madden 21, it froze and then the console shut down as if I turned it off! This is so frustrating.
