Community ManagerThanks. Only one game is needed unless you want to play the previous version with friends that haven't moved to next-gen yet (or just prefer that version).
Do you have an option of enabling game sharing through Xbox console by setting it as the home console and then play on a different Gamertag to see if it's account/Gamertag related?
@EA_Blueberry I uninstalled the other version since only one was needed. I tried that before doing a complete factory reset. This morning while TRYING to play Madden 21, it froze and then the console shut down as if I turned it off! This is so frustrating.
