Help with PS3 system update and freezing/not working (Madden 16 Deluxe Edition)

    Please contact your retailer directly to find out what there policy is in this regard, specifically how long after purchase they will replace a damaged disc.

have you had luck with receiving a replacement game?  Do you think my retailer (walmart) replace my PS3 game?  I purchased this game in Sep 2015.
