I've recently been in a hotel I've stayed in one and connected the internet no problems but now in this new hotel was won't work the wifi is connected I get internet no problems I called the IT company they said they fixed it and it's all good it didn't work and they said they don't restrict anything and I need to contact ea I tried mimicking my phone's Mac address didn't work and I don't know what to do our why EA is doing this please help
The reason your screen probably says you can't connect to EA Servers is either 1 of 2 reasons.
1. Your internet.
Your internet could not be working, but if it is it probably doesn't have sustainable speeds to run Madden 20 at all. This could mean that the internet can support your phone, or even your laptop/pc but not your PS4.
2. EA Servers
EA servers could be down at the time that you are playing, however, I haven't heard anything about these kinds of issues recently.
All in all, the only fix you can do is go to another hotel or just wait it out until you go home. There is a way to boost internet speeds; Ethernet. They sell these 1-3 dollar cables that you hook up to the router in your room and your wifi is drastically improved. Other then those, I can't think of anything else.
