Summarize your bug While playing house rules, I never received my GG 88 OVR pack for level 5 and I'm level 6 in house rules now. I've played hours since and have restarted the console.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Issue me the GG 88 OVR pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? It didn't give any of the reward.
What do you expect to see? An update resolving players not receiving awards

    no rewards after 2 days, communicated with an ea chat two days in a row about the problem and there is still no fix after being reassured that they are doing there best to find a solution! The constant problems this game has after an update is not fair to its users and lowers the quality of the game.
