How can i change my ea account login on madden 19

The simplest solution would be to allow us to CALL someone who can walk us through the verifications necessary to change the email attached to our account. 

It is a travesty that the ability to sign into our EA account with an alternate email within the game itself was not considered when released. It is also shameful to require an EA account to access the online features of a game we purchased, in good faith, that all aspects of the game would be available.

The attitude that it is the customer's problem, not EA's, is real close to creating litigation against the company for false representation, if that hasn't already happened.

I'd like to work TOGETHER for a solution, but these unsympathetic answers and almost disdain for our complaints is pushing me to no longer engage any kind of transaction with EA or its affiliates and to recommend others do the same.

I bought a used Madden 19 for PS4. Why can’t I change the previous email linked to the game. Can I get some direction please?
